Inoculação com fungos micorrízicos arbusculares na tolerância de plantas ao cádmio: uma revisão sistemática

A contaminação do solo por cádmio (Cd) representa uma ameaça significativa à saúde ambiental e vegetal. Nesse contexto, os fungos micorrízicos arbusculares (FMAs) têm sido estudados como uma alternativa ecológica para mitigar os efeitos tóxicos do Cd em plantas. Teve-se como objetivo, com o presente estudo, revisar sistematicamente a literatura científica dos últimos cinco anos, a fim de se verificar os relatos sobre os efeitos da inoculação com FMAs na tolerância de plantas ao Cd. Foram realizadas buscas nas bases Web of Science e Scopus, seguidas de análise bibliométrica por meio do software RStudio e pacote Bibliometrix e triagem de estudos elegíveis. Ao final, dos 51 artigos gerados pelo programa, 16 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Os resultados indicaram que a inoculação com FMAs promove benefícios fisiológicos e morfológicos às plantas, como aumento da biomassa, eficiência fotossintética, atividade antioxidante e redução da translocação de Cd. Além disso, a combinação com biochar, húmus e fertilizantes potencializa os efeitos benéficos. No entanto, a predominância de estudos em condições controladas limita a extrapolação dos resultados para ambientes reais, reforçando a necessidade de mais pesquisas em campo. A presente revisão sistemática contribui para consolidar o conhecimento atual sobre a temática e propõe subsídios para futuras investigações no contexto da agricultura regenerativa, levando em consideração o papel dos FMAs na recuperação da qualidade do solo, redução da toxicidade do Cd e promoção de sistemas agrícolas mais resilientes.
