Objective: to introduce the death data by cervical cancer in Brazil. Method: descriptive study with data obtained from database of the National Cancer Institute indexed to DATASUS in the period of 2010 to 2019. Results: the distribution of cervival cancer death data did not obtain a large low percentage of the year of 2010-2019, demonstrates that all regions have lowered their percentage, except the southern region, which had an increase of +0,37%. Conclusion: the cervical cancer is a preventable disease mostly with the use of condoms, and vaccination, prevention actions, diagnosis and early treatment actions are extremely important to reduce death cases in Brazil.
