Fertilization in the cultivation of sugar cane is essential to achieve good production, in view of the nutritional requirement of the plant. Reusing rural property resources is a conscious, ecological and economical way to replace soil nutrients. With this idea of reuse, the experimental research aimed to evaluate the application of bird bed, vinasse and mineral fertilizer in the yield of sugar cane and brix grade. The experiment was conducted in Lacerdópolis/SC, in an area where sugarcane was planted in 2017 and the experiment conducted in 2019, in the second year of cultivation of the species on site. The research used a randomized block design, with four treatments and four replications. The treatments consisted of control, fertilization with bird bed, vinasse (residue from alcoholic fermentation) and mineral fertilizer (9-33-12). The application was carried out in October 2019 and during the development of the cane the necessary cultural treatments were carried out. When the cane reached maturity, it was harvested manually and the stem diameter at the base and apex was evaluated, stalk weight, volume in broth liters and brix degrees, in units of measure. All results obtained were subjected to statistical analysis. Among the tested relationships, the most efficient fertilizer was poultry litter, in view of the significant increase in production.
